Effective 16 July 2026
By downloading or playing Wildhearth you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
Wildhearth is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial play. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it. The game, its art, its writing and its name belong to the developer.
Two optional memberships are offered:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). A membership already paid for runs to the end of its period after cancellation.
Gems are an in-game convenience currency. They speed up things you already set in motion and are never required to play or progress. Gems and everything bought with them are virtual items: they have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable outside the game. One-time gem packs are consumed in the game where they were bought. Refunds for any purchase are handled by Apple under App Store policy.
Everything a paying player can buy, a free player can earn or simply never needs — that is a design promise, not just a slogan. Attempting to exploit or tamper with purchases may result in those purchases not being honored.
The game may be updated, rebalanced, or eventually retired. We will never worsen a free player’s timers to sell relief. If the game is retired, active subscriptions can be cancelled through your App Store settings at any time.
Wildhearth is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages arising from play. Nothing here limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer law.
